Mori no Yonkenshi

Synopsis

The first story is about twin brothers raised in poverty who are actually the princes of the kingdom, and being raised in anonymity to protect them from a witches curse. The second half is various fairy tales retold by Tezuka in the style of slapstick cartoons.
