Synopsis

An ordinary high schooler is led by a mysterious man to the basement of the national diet building where he finds a peculiar club that consists only of history's prime ministers. Starting with Itou Hirobumi, it is a gathering of 7 of the Meiji Era's prime ministers. Source: MU
