Synopsis

Yamamoto—a spineless college student working nights at a convenience store—reunites with Hayashi Megumi, the arrogant “Queen” who once looked down on him in high school. After seeing bruises from her abusive boyfriend, this clueless fool offers her a place to stay, despite her past scorn and her audacious, second-hand baggage. Trapped in a more-than-friends-but-not-lovers arrangement, Yamamoto’s every move reeks of desperation, while Megumi takes full advantage of his spineless nature.
